2 Post Lifts is a trading name of Serpply Ltd, which controls any personal information collected through this site. Company disclosures are in the footer.

What we collect

Enquiries. If you use the contact form or email us, we hold your name, email address, anything you tell us about your building or vehicle, and your ZIP code where you give it for a freight estimate. We hold it in order to answer you and for nothing beyond that.

Analytics. We record aggregate page views, referrers, country and device type to understand which pages are useful. This is not used to identify an individual visitor and it is not sold to anyone.

We run no advertising trackers on this site, so there is no cookie banner — there is nothing on the page that needs consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Analytics: retained in aggregate form only, never tied back to an individual.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider processes requests to serve the site, as any host does. Where you ask for a freight estimate we may pass the delivery ZIP code and the model to a carrier or manufacturer solely to obtain it. We do not sell or share enquiry data for marketing purposes.

Your choices

Email the address in the footer to ask for a copy of what we hold on you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will respond within 30 days. If a state privacy statute, or UK/EU law, applies to you, your rights under it are unaffected by anything in this notice.

Changes

Any material change to this notice will be posted on this page.
